SOCO is a proposed 6-acre, 1.1 million sq.ft, Master Planned Urban Mixed-use Community, located at 319 North Road in Coquitlam. This landmark site, located just north of Highway 1, is a ten-minute walk to the Lougheed Town Centre SkyTrain station. The project consists of five towers and is to be completed in four phases. Upon completion, a total of 5 new residential towers providing 1,300 homes will rise above 70,000 sq.ft of newly created office and retail space. Sales will commence pending required approvals by the City of Coquitlam.
